Administrative Tasks:

  • Undertake background research which will serve as supporting material for pitches and as a basis for client presentations delivering information in a readily readable and client friendly format including high value add market and client knowledge
  • Where appropriate, attending all client meetings and pitches together with the consultant.
  • Assist Consultant in managing candidates throughout the search process – can include candidate approaches and/or referencing
  • Mentors and develops more junior members of the team
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of a search strategy, develops “best in class” candidates for clients
  • Approach and source key industry players to develop a comprehensive market overview for our clients
  • Capture market insights gathered during the course of a project and share with Consultants and Knowledge Analysts
  • Produce comprehensive reports, which detail the relevant target companies, possible market sources and candidates for an assignment
  • Utilize extensive on-line and proprietary database searches, liaise with colleagues in other offices
  • Maintain the highest quality information through maximizing the input of knowledge to the database which must be kept up to date with information gathered during the course of a project
  • Consistently identify high quality, diverse candidate slates – frequently responsible for identifying successful candidates
  • Participates in on-boarding and training new research hires


Profile Required:

  • University degree from a respected institution
  • Ideally appropriate business experience (post degree) in a commercial or business related organization
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent listening, communication & writing skills
  • Highly organized, outstanding time management, able to prioritize
  • Ability to filter informations, quickly identify the salient points
  • Bright, smart, intuitive, quick thinker (in a questioning style), resilient, attention in details, drive and tenacity (desire to excel), self-starter (deliver deadlines)
