managed investment solutions to both institutional and private investors. • Research energy efficiency and renewable energy professional for financial institution and direct investments across Latin America and Sub-Saharan Africa • Perform independent analysis of various markets, technologies and investment opportunities, with a focus on the synergies between agriculture and energy debt financing • Screen and structure debt transactions, support drafting of corporate legal documentation, and negotiate terms and conditions – all in close collaboration with local investment officers • Draft screening reports and investment memoranda which serve as the basis for investment decisions • Coordinate and perform transaction due diligence with the involvement of external service providers • Master’s degree in economics, international affairs or business administration • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in development finance or intergovernmental organizations, with experience in corporate legal structuring considered a strong advantage • Excellent writing and excel-modeling skills • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking, and ability to master complex topics rapidly • Extensive experience conducting due diligence in developing countries, with a focus on Latin America • Fluency in English and Spanish, with French considered a strong advantage • Culturally versatile and passionate about development investments responsAbility Investments AG, Franziska Büchi, Josefstrasse 59, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland
