On behalf of our client, Swisslinx are currently looking for an IT Service Desk Service Manager to join on a permanent basis.
IT Service Desk Service Manager (m/f).
- Manage outsourcers and third party providers for the delivery of Infrastructure services
- Provide global service desk services according to ITIL framework
- Minimum five years of experience as an IT Service Manager
- Experience working in a global Helpdesk environment
- Understanding of ITIL process is a must
- Fluent English communication skills in written and verbal
Nice to have
- ITIL Foundation V3 certification
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible and happy travel once a month
