This posting describes a full-time, working at the TrekkSoft headquarters in Interlaken, Switzerland. As part of our team of sales associates, you will work with a young and dynamic team, in a start-up environment with a lot to do, clear objectives and many discussions on how to achieve them. As a Sales Support you will be responsible to help three field sales person during the whole process of having a first contact with a potential client until sending an offer. This includes making calls, sending emails, contacting potential customers and set meetings with them. You would also be responsible to put all information given from the sales person to the CRM.
Working out of the HQ in Interlaken on a computer and on the phone
Make up to 30-50 cold calls a day and schedule meetings for the sales people
Take all the notes of the sale people, either by voice or by writing the notes from the sales to the CRM
Write the follow up emails to the leads and send the pitches
Prepare the offers
Native German speaking and fluent in english
Experience in sales a plus
Knowledge about the travel and SaaS Industry a plus
A desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment
Working in young team of tech-savvy outdoor enthusiasts in the tour and activity market
Getting a lot of experience in a startup surrounding
