markets. The Schaffhausen facility is a Johnson & Johnson strategic launch and growth site for parenteral products
and we have an impressive pipeline of new and innovative products.

Schaffhausen Planning Department Within the Johnson & Johnson parenteral network as a commercial supply site we are looking for a Senior Planning
Manager, whom needs to ensure that processes are executed by himself/herself or by his/her team within the plants
scope in alignment with the plant service and inventory targets.

The Schaffhausen Planning Department is evolving from a local team to a global team in terms of its culture and general way of working. We are moving from a process orientation to a Supply Chain Excellence “mind - set” End to End Product Value Chain Focus. The role takes bottom up accountability to drive not only the business objectives of
the planning department but also leadership accountability in coaching and developing his-her team members. The
role has both tactical planning aspects and also strategic contribution to improve the supply chain and bring the
maturity of planning to the next level. The site is an execution site, while all strategic network decisions are made
aligned with Janssen Global Supply Chain strategy at a global level.

The candidate is a true leader in the matrix that takes accountability and contributes in a collaborative and open
manner to departmental objectives. Senior Planning Manager (m/f) (Ref. 0000170J) As a Senior Planning Manager you are responsible for the management and leadership of the Supply Chain
Processes and activities, in support of Customer Service and Business Goals. These processes include Production
Planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, Materials Planning, ensures compliance with Policies, CGMPs
and develops implements SOPs aligned to adherence to Policies and is responsible for delivering products according
to product demand or purchase orders. The Senior Planning Manager ensures that staff executes according to their
Job functions, established goals and is responsible for their development.
Your main tasks will include  Ensure capacity analysis/allocation is in line with base business demand and new product requirements  Monitor products demand and sales trends to ensure proper actions are taken to sustain product availability
and proper Inventory levels  Develop production schedules and release plans in support of net requirements  Liaise with Global Planning and Product Management to obtain necessary information to develop strategies
in support of Customer service  Analyze monthly output of Monthly Planning Cycle and partner with the manufacturing and packaging teams
to take appropriate actions  Be responsible for the successful outcome and continuous Improvement of Customer Service metrics such
as stock-out, COC (Customer Order Coverage). SA (Schedule Attainment) and OTR (On T1me Release)
and other as applicable, few changing.  Formulate and define your team's goals and Objectives and Implement adequate plans to achieve them  Be responsible for the supervision, coaching and development of your team and actively participate in the
planning and execution of strategies directed to achieve company goals and objectives.  Drive continuous improvement of planning processes at a local level aligned with Global processes; support
the team in transformation and evolution to a global team.  Guide the teams in setting up a balanced master plan, detailed plan and material plan which takes into
account operations efficiency, stock cost and customer service.  Be accountable for the team results and objectives: set an executable plan for production, on time availability
of bulk and Finished products towards customers and on time availability of raw materials & packaging
materials for production  Create and maintain relationships, internally and externally, that allow his/her plant to interpret demand and
inventory requirements and respond with the right capacity, products and schedules to meet customer
requirements.  Participates and supports to drive short term exception processes and site Supply Review Meetings.  Ensures accuracy of the planning parameters within relevant systems  Drives continuous improvement to improve planning processes within the plant and partners with
manufacturing to help identify and drive improvements on delivery, cost, and reliability.

and like to foster collaborations in a matrix environment; In addition, you bring the following professional qualification Experience:
Minimum of 8- 10 years of related experience in Manufacturing and/or supply chain for health care industry required.
A minimum of 3 years people management/supervisory experience is required. Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration with specialization in Materials Management or Operations
Advanced degree is preferred. APICS and Green Belt certification and is preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly and
tight deadlines exist. The role combines a very operational and tactical way of working with the possibility to
make the difference at a strategic level by participating in shaping the future.  Proven business acumen in the area of Supply Chain and financials.  Clear understanding of external Supply Chain trends.  Knowledge in parenteral operations in pharmaceutical environment is an asset.  Ability to embed a culture of harmonization and process improvement and value creation  Effective Collaboration to achieve performance improvement  Knowledge of SAP/APO highly preferable  Establishes effective communications and common goals and objectives  Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills. Strength in
interdependent partnering and team management.  Ability to partner with and influence others without direct authority; build consensus and look for collaboration
with people from different departments and all levels
