Alpina HR is looking for a Senior Consultant in Organizational Change Management (m/f)
In the position of a Sr. Consultant within our Strategy & Transformation practice you will be using your consulting skills to drive Organizational Design and Change Management initiatives as part of strategic Business, IT Transformation projects and Digital initiatives. In order to enable the intended business benefits, you will engage with senior leaders, executives, stakeholder communities and will enable the client to transition individuals, groups and organizations to a desired future state in the target ecosystem.
You will be defining the nature and scope of engagements, analyzing available information, developing strategies for change management, communications and training, presenting recommendations and implementing change for our clients across a variety of industries from Life Sciences to Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, and more. You will also contribute to the success of the organization by creating service offerings, contributing to thought leadership and internal initiatives as part of your winning consulting career.
- Enthusiasm to become part of a young, passionate and performing team combined with a willingness to develop an exciting consulting career in an entrepreneurial environment
- Prior 5+ years business consulting experience
- Strategic thinking combined with passion for Organizational Change Management
- Fluent German and English language knowledge (verbal and written)
- Positive attitude, team spirit, flexible personality and ability to cope with pressure in fast-paced, time-sensitive, and innovative business environments
