HR Assistant Service Specialist - temporary employment for min. 7 months

Your challenges

  • Execute the administrative elements of CH developed HRA policies and practices, inlcuding Time Management, Accident and Sickness Management and Knowledge Managmenet
  • Tier 3 support model by eNable (ticketing tool)
  • Development/maintenance of templates/forms/policies
  • Design and implementation of policy changes
  • Project support within HR
  • Manage the application of work permits (new hires permanent, EBT, IA, SMG, Internships, extensions, validations across BS, AG, VS, ZH)
  • Administrate extended business trips
  • Review work certificate draftsi, update and finalize in German/English/French
  • Print, verify, sign, route, track and store documents, obtain signatures, scan/code documents into Aconso
  • Prepare warning letters in German/English/French in close cooperation with respective HRBP
  • Prepare documents for dismissals/terminations with immediate action
  • Update brochures and templates
  • Manage spontaneous applications
  • Conduct boarding meetings for new employees

Your skills

  • Commercial education and Personalfachfrau/-mann training with typically 2 to 4 years' experience in HR or broad HR knowledge (in an outsourcing environment) with several years of experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft programs and SAP HR modules
  • Ability to work in a fluid, challenging and ambiguous environment
  • Strong service orientation, flexible and positive
  • Ability to successfully interface with all levels of employees including senior management within a Matrix organization
  • Experience in working in international teams and collaborating across (functional) borders.
  • Fluent English and German language skills, fluency in French a plus
  • Excellent knowledge and working experience in SAP HR modules. Experience with Microsoft office, Aconso, PeopleXS, eNable and other IT tools preferred
