CRM Process Support Manager

The ideal candidate for this position is holding a university degree and has at least 3-5 years of professional experience in CRM process support management. Plus, you bring a strong IT knowledge especially around various CRM tools as well as experience of CRM process management (SAP an asset). Additionally you are highly customer-oriented and feel comfortable working autonomously & in a structured manner with a clear understanding of the «best practice» business processes. The job holder will have a good team spirit, strong flexibility and resilience skills to drive change of processes within several departments. A strong command of English is mandatory for this position, another language would be a strong asset. Your qualifications are preferably rounded out by outstanding project management and analytics skills. The job requires regular travel to Zürich office (once a week).
