Recruitment Consultant IT
For our branch Information Technology in Lausanne, we are looking for a
The main focus will be client management from large to small size.
Development of the existing portfolio, but also new business development will be under the charge of the person. Maintain the client relationship at very high end, build partnership with them for to deliver on current projects and advise on the future ones. Follow and support the process of recruitment from end to end, by advising both the candidate and the client (interview, offer, on-boarding). Sales and after sales consulting.
Bring and acquire local and international market knowledge.
Be able to sell our existing services, but also proactively create or imagine new solutions or services that fit the client's needs.
Client visits, recruitment's events and HR forum will also be under the responsibilities of the person.
Finding and sourcing candidates (high-level), mentoring the juniors and providing leads will also be components of your daily duties.
Achieve Excellent Customer Satisfaction results and exceed the Customer's expectations
Relationship Management: Use effective communication techniques to build strong relationships through regular face to face or telephone reviews with: Client managers and stakeholders / External Candidates / Preferred Suppliers
Manage the recruitment process
Qualify vacancy with the Hiring Manager, agreeing shortlist criteria, screening criteria and interview process
Establish the appropriate recruitment method to source the best candidates ensuring the relevant client recruitment targets are met
Prepare Job Advert copy & actual posting of roles to careers site/external job boards
Pre-screen candidates to produce shortlist and, where required, long lists. Prepare candidates for interview
2 to 3 years minimum of experience in a recruitment environment in Switzerland or Suisse Romande.
