Business Development Manager f/m
To support our growth in Switzerland we are recruiting a talented Sales Engineer for our office in Zürich.
You will have full P&L and the responsibility to develop our sales: Consulting and solutions (mechanical engineering, IoT, Innovation, Near/Offshoring, …) to our customers, large companies and organizations.
Area of responsibility:
- Acquire new customers
- Build up and take care of long term business relationship with existing customers
- Elaborate sales strategy for each account (solutions, on/offshoring, lobbying…)
- Assure long term business perspectives
- Achieve revenue and margin budget
- Ensure that Altran solutions are compliant with client's expectations and business/profitability objectives.
Master degree in Business Administration (HSG, Uni or equivalent) or Master degree in Engineering (ETH or equivalent).
- 2 to 7 years of experience in Engineering / Consulting business development with the major Swiss players or European Leaders.
- Proven track record of closing new business in a “hunting” or field-sales business development
- Proven track records in selling added value projects for the major players.
- Experience in Nearshore/Offshore service offering is a plus
- High level knowledge of pricing practices, selling and negotiating skills.
