Continuous Improvement Manager

Introduces rigorous Lean Six Sigma approach into every project and investigation, Interacts with people with the strong analytical and influencing skills to assure the quality of project delivery, Collaborate with Site Manager in selecting projects and initiatives aligned to business/functional goals and strategies, Develops and maintain the projects master plan, measure progresses and measurable results achievements, Assures prompt information of the progresses and the issues toward Site Managers, Global Project Manager TO and other involved global functions, In agreement with Site Manager, leads or contribute as relevant team member to assigned projects; supports Site functions in improving overall site performance, Escalates issues and cascades defined mid-long terms goals to be achieved, assuring the alignment of every projects to those goals, Serves as a change agent, driving a continuous and sustainable improvement culture based on Quality and Operational Excellence, Coaches and mentors Green Belts and Team Members during project activities; organizes and leads potential candidates certification programs, Contributes, in agreement with Global Project Manager TO, to the development of Continuous Improvement methodology through the introduction and sharing of tools, new approaches, technical documents and networking collaborations with Continuous Improvement Managers of other sites, Assure the fulfilment of the monthly dashboard report, assuring the respect of defined scheduling and quality of data provided.

Solid knowledge of Pharma Industry, including aseptic/sterile processing

Lean Six Sigma B|ack Belt with a minimum of +5y of process improvement success

Bachelor's degree required in Business Management, Engineering, or other related field of study. MBA, MS or other technical degree preferred, Lean Six Sigma B|ack Belt with a minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated process improvement success, Solid knowledge of Pharma Industry experience and related specificities and regulations, including aseptic processing Strong analytical/statistical problem solving experience, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Excellent oral/written communication skills, Proficiency in Change Management, Flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects, Ability to train, coach and mentor, Proven skills working with cross-functional teams, Experience from international environment preferred.
