HR Business Partner (m/w)

Advise and coach line managers and employees:

  • in operational and/or personal changes
  • in managing all HR processes, such as performance review, salary/bonus negotiations, etc.
  • in conflict situations and in the implementation of disciplinary measures
  • in ensuring adherence to all labour law and statutory requirements and compliance with internal regulations
  • Recruit independently through preparing search, selecting candidates, obtaining references, managing negotiations, issuing contracts, on-boarding employees
  • Conduct appraisal interviews of all types and differing complexities
  • Coach line managers in the low performer and redundancy process

Prestigious private bank

Coach and advise employees

  • Relevant higher educational and professional background, ideally in HR (e.g. Advanced Diploma in HR Management or Certificates of Advanced Studies in Human Capital Management)
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar role, within a private bank
  • Skilled in recruiting, advising and coaching
  • In-depth knowledge in Swiss employment law
  • Enjoyment in dealing with line managers and employees of different personalities
  • Proficient user of technology
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
  • Empathetic personality, charisma, power of persuasion and good judgement skills
  • Communicative and client-oriented personality
  • Confident and self-conscious in business discussions
  • Natural team player
  • Ability to set priorities, to coordinate processes and to multitask
  • Sophisticated verbal and written communication and presentation skills in French and English, other languages advantageous
