Head of Sales Europe - Pharma Logistics (m/f)

Main duties and responsibilities: - Reaching sales objectives - Gaining and maintaining customers - Sales planning and management - Regional Key Account Management - Customer relationship management - Tracking of market developments / customer requirements - Build up and lead sales channels airline & freight forwarder in the region - Tender management - Management of regional sales team (4-5) - Support Marketing in hosting customer events / attending conferences

Independent function, responsible for building up and leading sales channels

Requires understanding of the pharma and the related transportation market

- Excellent understanding of the pharma- as well as the related transportation market in the region is a must. - Appropriate education (BA/ MA, Supply Chain Management, Logistics) - Deep understanding of various customer decision making processes (DMP) - Experienced in dealing with issues in DMP - Excellent network (pharma companies, freight forwarders, airlines) - Excellent reputation - Multiyear practical work experience with pharma 3PL, airlines, or packaging solution providers - Language: Fluent in English and German (FR, ES etc. ) is considered a plus - Strong sales objectives orientation - Able to achieve short and long term goals - Proven negotiator and strong closer
