Key responsibilities include:
-Developing and executing sales strategies for all products and services,
-Managing the regional teams and recruiting employees to meet company growth,
- Developing a key account program and a good commercial awareness of the Oil & Gas market,
- Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities,
- Managing relationship with existing clients by ensuring compliance of best practice to customer requirements and company standards,
- Ensuring market intelligence and customer knowledge are sufficient to meet company targets and forecasts,
-Minimising commercial risk when developing sales contracts,
-Coordinating closely with other company services involved in the development of the business to ensure enterprise success.
With a University degree in engineering or in business administration, you have a minimum of 10-years experience in the Oil & Gas industry at general or country management level in EMEA region.
Dynamic, rigorous, results-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit, you have the ability to work on your own initiative and are capable of setting up negotiations with leading oil and gas companies.
You'll possess fluent verbal and written English/French language skills. Portuguese or Arabic is advantageous.
