HR Manager - Temporary Assignment (m/f)
- Ensuring working relationships with the business by advising business leaders on people-management and employee relations issues, training and development, in alignment with HR initiatives. - Challenging and coaching business leaders on how to engage employees, address people issues and how to build people capabilities effectively. - Advise managers on all employee issues including contractual changes, disciplinary matters, and long term leave in accordance within parameters of legal obligations and corporate/local policies. - Proactively developing, recommending, and implementing HR strategic and tactical plans to support business goals specifically with regard to staffing, retention, training, learning and development, immigration and employee relations - Supporting managers and employees on the annual performance management process - Partnering with Talent Management CoE on training needs - Supporting managers in the sourcing, selection, and hiring of top talent managing the headcount approval process, advising on resourcing strategies and immigration matters, liaising with and managing third party recruitment, interviewing candidates, designing compensation packages, and negotiating offers - Partnering with the Global Compensation team to advise managers on salary, long term incentives, and promotions.

*Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent plus a related further education as "HR Fachfrau/-mann" or comparable *At least 5 years of related experience in a proactive and business oriented HR funciton *Good knowledge of the Swiss labour law, social tax regime and Swiss HR practices *Proactive, business- and service oriented mind set *Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to influence and persuade *Demonstrated sense of urgency and is highly result oriented *Pays a high attention to quality and detail, decision-making and problem-solving *Ability to organize, manage multiple priorities and work under pressure *Relevant experience in a multicultural complex matrix organization is an asset *Fluent in German and English
