Payroll Manager

Reporting to the Finance Director, your key duties and responsibilities will entail, but not be limited to: * Payroll/ Compensation & Benefit : - End to end responsibility of payroll process for temporary and permanent employees (up to a total of 350 headcounts) in collaboration with the external service provider - Managing the relationship of external payroll provider and improving related processes - Responsible for managing the value chain of our temporary employment business in regards to all back office related matters - Ensuring accuracy of payroll by updating records and changes - Collaborating with Finance to ensure accurate processing of all payments and booking of payroll * Human Resources : - Managing, leading and developing the members your team and ensuring client satisfaction of all HR duties - Ensuring internal compliance by acting as a HR Business Partner, managing and providing guidance on HR related topics, the on- and off-boarding of employees, managing the career path and monitoring salary structure and benefits packages and liaising with internal and external partners (Payroll provider, Office Management, Global Mobility, IT, Marketing ,etc.) - Ensuring external legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources requirements (collective labour law agreement, SECO, etc.)

- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Payroll Specialist/Manager role - Very good knowledge and experience of Swiss labour law related topics - Fluent in English and French, German being an asset - Team management experience - Strong analytical and people management skills - Experience working in a dynamic, international environment, - University degree - Very good working knowledge with MS- Office, especially Excel
