Account Manager (m/f)

- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to partners and customers

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships

- Forecast and track key account metrics

- Support the market development team for cross business unit development opportunities with a strong focus on technology and infrastructure developments

- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the ICT industry

Knowledge of IT infrastructure

- Proven account management or other relevant experience

- Strong and relevant professional experience in the IT infrastructure industry is essential

- Advanced all round technical and business knowledge in the IT industry

- Ability to understand a breadth of complex information, to organise it logically, and to spot irregularities between bodies of information in the same document

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

- Objective, rational and multidisciplinary thinking with an ability to understand rapidly complex information

- Ability to challenge the various bodies of information through acute understanding of the various aspects

- Strong interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build and maintain strong relationships inside and outside the organisation

- Agile, efficient and innovative with excellent communication skills

- Fluent in English
