Corporate Sales Trainer (m/f) - Austria

- Work closely with country managers and sales managers in order to assess training demand and develop commercial capabilities
- Conduct trainings, workshops and motivate our sales employees in the region concerned
- Analyse sales processes and structures
- Develop sales strategies and training concepts
- Coach sales employees on the job
- Strong interface with HR regarding HR development
- High travel volume

Analyze sales processes and conduct sales trainings throughout Europe

Min. 5 years experience in sales and sales training in pharmaceutical industry

- Education in coaching and training
- Min. 5 years experience in conducting sales trainings for min. 50 international sales employees (ideally in-house in pharmaceutical company)
- Min. 3 years sales experience in pharmaceuticals
- Experience in moderating workshops
- Communicative and convincing personality
- Very good English and French skills (further language skills such as German and Spanish are beneficial)
- Willingness to travel

Our Client is a producing international pharmaceutical company, which is well known in the field of aesthetic medicine and dermatology. Currently we are searching for an Corporate Sales Trainer (m/f), who works closely with our global branches with a focus on Europe.

This position will be compensated with a gross annual fee of 80,000 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness for overpayment.
