Reporting to the GM, you will take in charge all the tasks assigned to the HR Generalist function in a multi-site Organization.
-Manage the recruitment process in order to present a short list to the managers and take in charge the integration process of the newcomers,
-Represent the Brand in the different recruitment events,
-Be the expert concerning all the labor law subjects: disciplinary, Unions, …,
-Be a real partner of the business and provide the best resources to them,
-Work with the Global HR Manager and the Group in order to ensure the deployment of the Business and HR policies,
-Take in charge the training plan,
-Supervision of the Payroll and the employees files administration,
-Management of 1 person.
Your experience of at least 6 years, ideally gained in the retail sector gives you a solid expertise in the operational HR management. Strong knowledge of the French Labor Law is needed.
