Real Estate Asset Manager - Family Office (m/f)

As part of the investment team and in partnership with the accounting and legal departments your role will involve:

- Asset management of an existing European portfolio essentially composed of commercial and residential assets
- Interface with consultants, 3rd party vendors, lenders and legal counsel
- Formulating and executing strategies to maximise value through knowledge of real estate markets and value-add strategies
- Liaising with intermediaries and operating partners to collect and evaluate asset and portfolio level financial information
- Lead disposition efforts of real estate assets including contract negotiation, transaction management and closing
- Evaluation of real estate investment opportunities
- Participate in the development and presentation of real estate and other investment summaries
- Conduct in depth market and portfolio analyses; understand industry trends

Single family office

Experienced Asset Manager with international exposure

- 5 to 8 years of experience in real estate asset management in Europe
- In depth understanding of the real estate industry across different types of investments
- Hands-on experience in the due diligence process
- Solid analytic/logical mindset and attention to detail
- Hands-on mentality, willingness to work in a small structure
- Team-worker, ability to manage multi-decision makers process, readiness to share expertise
- English and French fluent
