Product Manager Microbiology - Austria and Switzerland
As a Product Manager in Microbiology for Austria and Switzerland you will be responsible of the following: * Product Responsibility - Timely, complete product launch (or product pre-launch) - Defining the pricing policy for the assigned products - Product Forecast, monitoring and control of the supply situation in cooperation with the relevant departments - The coordination and management of product-related interfaces - Market analysis together with the sales department - Planning and coordination of product-related actions (for example, mailings, studies, conferences) - Creation and maintenance of marketing plans, creation of measures / action plans and its implementation, together with sales and other departments involved. * Creation and monitoring of sales and cost budgets * Representation of the department internally and externally * Organization, development and ongoing maintenance of arguments and tools for the sales force assistance, training and coaching of the sales field staff as through joint visits - Training of new sales staff (products, goals, actions, strategies, aids) - Monitoring of price lists and offer masks and all with the product related documentation - Visit / supervision of KOL (Key Opinion Leader)

Your profile should be: * Completed scientific / medical study / training (emphasis Microbiology) * At least 3 years sales experience in diagnostic or medical field or relevant experience in routine diagnostics * Willingness to travel up to 50% * Experience in project management is an advantage * very good German language skills in speaking and writing * Good command of spoken and written * French would be an asset
