HR Business Partner

On this role, you will - work closely with managers to support, organize and deploy group initiatives relating to all areas of the employee life cycle such as recruitment, performance management, training and development, career and succession planning, reward and leavers - act as key HR point of contact for your population of circa 100 people - advise your partners on technical aspects of employment in Switzerland and ensure compliance with local legislation - manage an effective personnel budgeting and forecasting process - develop commercially viable business cases for all projects that impact people which are aligned with the commercial objectives of your partners - participate in management committee meetings and provide support in the development and deployment of key projects (e.g. boutique openings) - partner with commercial HR teams to ensure alignment with brand people strategies - work together with peers in your team and wider HR network to share best practice and build strong HR processes

Autonomous role

Full HR scope except payroll

- Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law - Fluency in French , English and German (ideally Swiss German) - Previous experience in the retail and / or luxury goods sector would be a big asset - Ability to work autonomously and to collaborate effectively in a remote team-working environment - Ability to prioritize work to ensure the highest quality of service delivery against tight timelines - Excellent client service skills, with an emphasis on strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to convince, motivate and bring teams together
