Manager "Customer Support Services" (Biomedical)

For our partner in French-speaking Switzerland, Kelly Scientific is looking for a Manager "Customer Support Services” (Biomedical):
 
Your tasks:
 

  • Management and coordination of groups within your department (international workshops and other support activities)
  • Definitions of priorities and implementation of related decisions
  • Management of internal and external customers
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining efficient conduct of processes
  • Optimization of processes, services and support in order to improve customer satisfaction
  • Team management
  • This position will involve travels within Europe

 
Your profile :
 

  • Good technical knowledge (ideally in electronics, IT and / or medical field)
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a similar position (ideally in the biomedical field - technology / diagnostics)
  • Team management experience, leadership skills
  • Process management skills (Six Sigma / LSS)
  • Strong knowledge of reporting tools and customer service management
  • Ideally bilingual German / English (French is a plus)
