HR Service Desk Associate
For our client, an international pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are regularlylooking for candidates.
HR Service Desk Associate, temporary assignment
- Maintain all kind of requests (calls/tickets) related to HR Admin Services
- Support for HR business partners, line managers and employees for operational daily questions and ticket resolution
- Cover services such as entry, transfer, exit, reporting as well as dispatching and work permits
- Ensure customer satisfaction while focusing on fast, qualitative and adequate service delivery
- Support in improving HR processes
Education, Competencies, Languages & Experiences:
- Commercial degree, further education in HR (e.g. Personalsachbearbeiter/in)
- 1 - 3 years of working experience in HR
- Very good English and German skills (spoken and written)
- Experience with SAP HCM and Ticketing Tool
- Project Management skills
- Experience in working for a Service Center
