StellenbeschreibungOur client, a major international organisation, is looking for a project office co-ordinator to help with a new IT implementation project. With strong Excel, Sharepoint and PowerPoint skills, you will be responsible for co-ordinating stakeholder meetings, taking meeting notes, compiling and presenting project dashboards and ensure the follow-up with other project managers and delivery teams. Working extensively with Sharepoint, you will create and maintain templates, project guidelines documentation, budget and costing documents and ensure the appropriate access for project team members. You will ensure data quality by regularly meeting the key delivery personnel, matching their activities against budgets, deadlines and milestones and communicate to key stakeholders. You be be methodical, well-organised with some project management or PMO experience along with strong communication skills and the ability to deal with a busy deployment team across multiple sites.
