Our customer is a global private markets investment management firm with 18 offices around the world and over EUR 30 billion in investment programs under management.
Group budgeting process and budgeting/planning Tools.
Periodical planning of fee streams and enhancement of fee database.
Further development and enhancement of Controlling processes & tools (Deltamaster).
Maintenance and enhancement of group-wide key management data/ratios reporting (KPI).
Enhancement of internal control System.
Reporting and analysis for internal and external clients; incl. rolling forecast, monthly controlling reports, ad-hoc Analysis.
Ad-hoc projects in the operational Controlling of the Group.
Support of semi-annual and annual consolidation & closing process;
incl. support with IFRS financial statements & notes.
Support finance team-members in foreign offices in Controlling related matters.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Controlling (certified controller) or equivalent.
At least three to five years of relevant work experience; preferably in a controlling role.
Accurate, diligent and independent working style.
Strong analytical skills; flair for analyzing financial figures.
Sound understanding of IT applications (preferably Deltamaster and Abacus) and strong skills in Excel are essential.
Desire to learn about private markets.
Strong oral and written English and German skills.
Passionate and entrepreneurial to bring in your own initiatives and improve existing content and processes.
Team player, flexible and open to new challenges.
IFRS experience would be a plus.
