Our client is a major in energy trading and supplying and
is building up the corporate headquarters in Zug.
Therefore we are looking for a qualified
- Schedule and organise meetings, events and
workshops, travel booking and visitors management
- Prepares expense reports
- Creates advanced Word documents, complex Excel
worksheets and advanced PowerPoint presentations
- Quality Check of documents, support and
preparation of correspondence, presentation, speeches
- Taking of minutes of internal meeting
Ausbildung / Weiterbildung:
Erfahrung(berufliche Tätigkeitsfelder, Branche):
The ideal candidate has a commercial or business degree
and advanced experiences of using Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English (mother tongue) is a must; additional languages an
advantage. Few years’ experience in a similar function
(executive level) in international business environment
You are an organization talent, persistent to follow up to
completion and takes ownership as well as full
responsibility of duties assigned.
