In joining the People Advisory Services- Performanceteam you willsupport clients in effectively managing transformational changes to transition organizations from their old to the their new reality. In doing so we help clients to align and activate their business cultures and to redefine and implement new organizations.

To further strengthen our PAS – Performance team we are looking for Consultants and Senior Consultantsto join our Geneva, Basel or Zurich office.
Tasks that you promote
Be a key contributor and progressively start leading work-streams
Actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships
Support our clients on-site with the analysis, design and implementation of their strategic, organizational or / and process changes
Work in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high quality services in line with our proven global methodologies and tools
Provide active support to project managers in the delivery of change management mandates within complex and potentially multi-national environments
Your profile to succeed together
Strong academic record including university degree e.g. Master degree in Economics, Business Administration, Communications, HR Management or Psychology or equivalent
Preferably 2-5 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: change management, behavioral and cultural change, organization design, HR, learning
Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, ability to think out of the box
Flexible, open-minded, a team player with a “Can Do” spirit
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to demonstrate initiative and a flexible working style within multi-national teams
Excellent command of English. German and French (for Geneva location) is a strong asset
