Tasks that you promote
As one of our performance improvement advisors, you'll help many of the world's leading Life Sciences organizations improve their Commercial performance in a rapidly changing environment. You'll be part of multidisciplinary teams, bringing diverse perspectives to every challenge. You'll have the opportunity to build your skills in one of our focused competency groups, which include:
Commercial strategy and Customer experience: Healthcare Professional, Patient or Payor segmentation, customer strategy, health-outcomes based solution development, market access, pricing & reimbursement, channel strategy, customer journey and experience improvement
Commercial operations and technology: multichannel-marketing, digital health, service effectiveness, sales effectiveness, marketing effectiveness, channel management, people and operating model, information and insight, partnering ecosystems
Your profile to succeed together
Successfully completed studies in economics or any similar qualification (Bachelor/Master)
You bring working experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, who has worked for pharma, consumer health and/or medtech companies in the strategy, sales, marketing, market access and adjacent functions.
Some projects require deep analytical capability, structured and innovative problem-solving to generate insight from the numbers and formulate high impact recommendations. Others, the tenacity and relationship management skills to facilitate diverse groups of stakeholders through challenging change journeys. Most need a combination of both. All, though, require the ability to work side-by-side with our clients to create long-lasting value for their organisations.
Command of German is an advantage, the location will preferentially be Basel.
