You will be responsible to address customer questions and concerns regarding ETEL’s products. You will answer incoming phone calls and responding to e-mails from customers and subsidiaries as well as troubleshooting technical problems and focus on issues brought up by other departments within ETEL such as sales, manufacturing and operations. You will serve as experts in the products that ETEL manufactures and develops by testing them and helping R&D department to work through technical difficulties. You will also report suggestions for product improvement. This position required international travelling and will take about 20% of your time.
