    Basic qualifications:
    Master in Science or equivalent degree in engineering or business.

    5-year experience in FMCG, automotive, or pharmaceutical industry.

    Proven track records building and developing systems and process architecture.

    Demonstrated experience developing global supply chain scorecard, definition, implementation, execution.

    Additional requirements:
    •Six Sigma Certification (Focus on problem solving)
    •Project Management
    •Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English, and preferably fluency in one or more additional European languages.
    •Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead cross functional teams.
    •Team management and ability to mentor and support the development of less experienced members (Analysts, Planners (Grade 7) and new joiners).
    •Strong networking, planning and organizational skills with a demonstrated capability to manage complex projects with short timelines.
    •Highly numerate and good knowledge of programming software, data management software. Knowledge of SAP, APO, JDA is an advantage.

    Preferred qualifications:
    PhD in Science or PhD in Supply Chain.

    Job Purpose:
    This role is accountable to manage the correct and timely execution of Fund Flows which account for circa 3Bn GBP of revenue; more importantly, to support the Supply Planning organization with end-to-end analysis supported by automated reports and robust processes around documentation, compliance, and data quality.

    The Supply Planning Processes Manager will manage an additional level of complexity associated with Trading Partner for CH through Nyon legal entity, own compliance controls as per company finance control framework and/or expertise knowledge of process/system.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Reporting & Insights
    o Analyse supply footprint and identify areas of performance improvement driving costs and inventory initiatives in collaboration with Planning Manager team. Collaborate with Process Capability and Planning teams with regards to inventory management process and reporting
    o Own reporting deliverables for EU/Global Hub as part of CCC process with regards to SCIM, SRM and SCRM forums.
    o Support planning team developing allocation of portfolio by constrained work centers following company process principles.
    o Coordinate tracking systems for Portfolio rationalization initiatives within EU/Global Hub

    • Processes, Failure Free and Improvement
    o Develop failure free process techniques to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting deliverables
    o Own Supply Planning Hub processes architecture and curriculums competence framework in collaboration with Hub Management team
    o Own NFCM, GxP and regulatory compliance framework for Hub related cycle controls

    • Fund Flow
    o Define and implement funds flow related processes for trade routes as per Nyon Trading Partner and interact with involved function in the definition of the interfaces to transact trading flows in a fashion manner

    • Data Management
    o Ensure the accuracy and the maintenance of data systems that are used as inputs for reports and analysis of end-to-end supply and inventory performance.

    o Manage and develop analyst and coordinator team
