Responsibilities & Profile

Your responsibilities

  • Deliver advisory services on strategic, business model, or operating model dimensions
  • Contribute to the assessment of client issues / challenges and specific needs identification
  • Participate in the design of transversal executable solutions meeting client needs
  • Develop professional project frameworks to implement projects in client organisations
  • Identify project requirements, constraints, resource implications, and create planning / budget accordingly
  • Manage project plan, budget, risk management, communication, stakeholders, and deliver project implementation
  • Effectively engage with KPMG relevant specialist teams and work with client teams
  • Develop business proposals in order to win new mandates
  • Identify business opportunities by building relationships both internally and externally
 

Your profile

  • Successfully completed a Master in Economics, Finance, or Management / Strategy; relevant further education (MBA and /or project management certification preferred)
  • Between 3 and 4 years of experience in banking project management (in banks or consulting)
  • Strong knowledge of Private Banking business
  • Capability to interact with client's Management and manage project stakeholders
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Not afraid to take responsibilities; able to handle pressure and manage changing priorities
  • Proactive and communicative personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in French and English (both mandatory), German a strong plus
