Your responsibilities

  • As part of ATG leadership, you will be motivating, coaching and developing our team of professionals in the Corporate Technology practice. In addition, as we have a clear growth opportunity and target, your challenge is to expand the team and recruit new people
  • You drive our high performing team to the next level
  • You are the responsible for an existing portfolio of interesting international and national clients in the Swiss corporate sector, with key sectors: pharma, chemical, FMCG and diversified industry
  • You provide our clients with a great KPMG experience by building long-lasting trusted relationships
  • You Identify and follow-up on our client's technology challenges and positively surprise our clients with convincing proposals
  • You lead a (portfolio of) IT assurance and risk advisory projects, to the highest quality standards
  • You work in close collaboration with international and multidisciplinary account teams.
  • You proactively participate and contribute to the Swiss and international KPMG network and expand your personal external network in the Swiss Corporate market.
  • You collaborate closely with KPMG financial audit partners and managers to fully integrate technology in audit engagements and proposals. On the other end, you closely work with KPMG consulting partners and managers to create and expand assurance and control projects for our non-audit clients

Your profile

  • 8+ years of professional experience with IT audit, assurance and risk & control advisory in corporate sectors; preferably Big 4 history
  • Passionate about corporate businesses, their processes, technology, audit and risk management
  • Experience in serving and building relationships with large accounts (with international locations)
  • Inspirational people manager and team leader
  • High energy, entrepreneurial mindset and active networker in the corporate market and therefore excellent social, communication and presentation skills
  • In-depth know-how and good track record in various disciplines such as: PCAOB/SOX, COBIT, COSO, ISAE3402/3000, ERP/SAP and GRC
  • Fluent in (Swiss) German and a proficient level of English in speaking and writing
  • Master degree in business informatics, business administration or likewise. Strong IT audit and assurance education during career
  • Able to develop further corporate audit, technology risk & control advisory and assurance solutions as well as thought leadership
