Our Financial Management team is part of KPMG's Consulting practice. We help CFOs and senior finance executives improve their finance function by rendering it more efficient, effective and aligning it to the business strategy. This enables the organization to realize and sustain value in the long term.
Our team is looking for a Manager with strong finance process transformation and profound profitability and cost management experience. In this role you will lead a diverse project portfolio and interact with our multinational clients' executives.

Responsibilities & Profile

Your responsibilities
  • Support CFOs with leading practice insights in the areas of effective profitability & cost management, performance steering and management reporting
  • Streamline and simplify cost distribution, such as service allocations and recharges and cost controlling reporting processes
  • Support clients in improving their reporting strategy
  • Support CFOs on implementing market leading solutions, such as ERP, Business Intelligence tools and enterprise performance management software
  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams in delivering consulting services to global clients
  • Actively contribute to the "Go-to market" strategy including the identification of sales opportunities, development of standardized service offerings and preparation of proposals for international clients
  • Expand, innovate, and further develop the profitability and cost management services and capabilities
Your profile
  • At least 8 years professional experience, including a minimum of 4 years within a Big4 Company focusing on profitability and cost management, finance process design, performance steering and/or management reporting
  • Masters degree in Business Administration or a similar subject
  • Strong affinity and understanding of market leading technology-enabled ERP, enterprise performance management and management information systems
  • Previous experience in leading project teams, project management and preparation of proposals for consulting services
  • Experienced in working with onshore/offshore consulting teams
  • Certification required in areas of Project Management and Lean Six Sigma
  • Flexibility to travel, mostly within Switzerland
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
