Responsibilities & Profile

Your responsibilities
  • Advise KPMG clients through the global shared services and business process outsourcing (BPO) planning, deployment and management lifecycle
  • Lead Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory engagements, transition and transformation programs
  • Defining strategy & execution roadmap, Target Operating Model and business case for Global Business Services, Shared Services and Outsourcing engagements,
  • Deliver Robotic process automation assessment and process optimization initiatives
  • Understanding of IT, Finance and Accounting and HR and SCM process taxonomies
  • Managing end-to-end transitions from vendors / global locations to client organization or SSC
  • Preparing detailed negotiation contracting
  • Defining service management framework including service level agreement and chargeback contracts
  • Providing productivity mapping and cost optimization and SSC Builds
  • Conducting assessments for the full Shared Service or outsourced landscape
  • Developing new opportunities independently for the Shared Services & Outsourcing Advisory practice
Your profile
  • 10 years of experience in Management consulting in designing and implementing Shared services and outsourcing programs across the globe
  • Experience of working in developed markets and emerging markets like Africa, Asia and Middle East is preferable
  • Experience in delivering programs from both offshore and onsite locations
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience in collaboration on C-Level
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel, German is a big plus
  • Excellent people management skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Master degree in Business Administration or Engineering, additional certifications such as PMP and ITIL v3 preferred
