Are you an experienced project manager with flair to work in an international, pulsating and dynamic work environment? Help us manage the day-to-day business of the Transaction Services team. We provide Deal Advisory services to multinational clients.
In your role, you will work closely with the Partners, Directors and the wider team to optimize our operations including the sales, marketing, talent management and compliance aspects of our growing business.

Responsibilities & Profile

Your responsibilities

  • Support the partners in driving forward operation and market related initiatives, including establishing new services and solutions, structured targeting and marketing, professional pitching and operational initiatives
  • Drive professional resource management for client facing teams, plan staff requirements and assignments in cooperation with the Partners and Directors in order to ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources. Coordinate and organize staff development and performance process
  • Serve as a subject matter resource and assist the engagement teams with quality and risk management policies and processes relevant to their engagements in order to comply with applicable laws, regulations and professional standards
  • Proactively seek opportunities for ongoing learning, professional development and skills building. Promote projects and initiatives where appropriate to support continuous improvement of the resource management and quality & risk management functions

Your profile

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar function, leadership experience is a plus; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Fluent German and excellent English language skills, French language skills are a plus
  • Strong IT skills, specifically in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Confident, assertive and resilient with excellent communication skills and ability to set and handle competing priorities and participate in diverse initiatives under tight deadlines. Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
  • Strong management and organizational skills; analytical skills and critical thinking to challenge matters with an independent mindset; ability to evaluate and synthetize large amounts of information to make a decision
