In CPW R&D, our Technology Development function enables future innovation in breakfast cereals through science and technology solutions. For this role, we are looking for a Senior Technology Development Scientistwho will lead the development of technologies related to our Nutrition and Health strategies.The person will work on ingredient-based technologies, leveraging and developing our current processes to deliver unique and differentiating cereal products with strong Health & Wellness benefits.
Key responsibilities
  • Manage in full autonomy complex Technology and Science Development projects focused on innovation in Nutrition, Health & Wellness
  • Strong collaboration withexternal partners in science, with R&D entities in Nestlé and General Mills,expert networks as well as regulatory and nutrition function
  • Proactively communicate to R&D stakeholders and to the business the progress of the technology development projects
  • Involved in cross-functional teams to take new technologies and science solutions to commercial implementation
  • Capture knowledge developed throughout projects and train R&D for the deployment of the technology
  • Propose new ideas and contribute to the development of our Science & Technology innovation pipeline
Education and experience
  • Master in Food Science or Technology or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Cereal technologies and in Health and Nutrition
  • At least 5 years’ experience in strong & successful R&D Project Management
  • Working experience in food industry and international fast-paced environment
  • Experience in product innovation & renovation is an asset
  • Fluent in English
