As a Consumer Services specialist D2C you will be responsible for organizing the smooth contact handling for our D2C consumer contacts. In this function you will be in direct contact with the outsourcing company (train, instruct and control) and handle personally escalated or specific cases directly with the consumers. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for the smooth organization and handling of various back office tasks. Finally you will be in charge of various improvement projects adding up to this interesting position.
Key responsibilities
  • Be the main point of contact for the external call center
  • Ensure consumer contact workload and information flow organization for the internal team in collaboration with the Manager and the other Senior CS Specialists in the team
  • Be the direct contact with consumer: handling of specific, escalated or overflow contact mainly by writing
  • Execute D2C back office tasks, for example: organizations and handling
  • Assure coaching of Junior CS specialists and Apprentices
  • Participate in process improvement projects
Education and experience
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, communication or equivalent
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in Marketing, communication or in a similar area
  • Mother tongue German, French and English is a strong asset
