To support our Operations team and Innovation and Development plan, we are actively looking for a Machines Quality Managerto drive Machines Quality Management activities from ideation to successful launch of Nespresso coffee machines.
Ensure new machine projects are supported by strong validation, plan to make sure machine fulfill all requirements established in concept and develop phase.
Ensure new machine projects, follow the established development process, related gates, milestones and intermediate activities using established procedures, instructions and forms.
Ensure team is supporting active projects by acting as the guardian of quality.
Review and challenge proposed design and concepts for targeting 0 defect at machine launch.
Ensure successful handover from Development to Operations on the quality aspects of each new machine during industrialization/launch period.
Develop the team through training, everyday coaching, leading by example, lessons learned implementation.
Education and experience
Master degree in Engineering (electrical or mechanical)
At least 8 years’ experience in supplier/original equipment manufacturer (OEM) factory quality management and improvement
At least 4 years’ experience in Quality system audit and process audit management
At least 4 years’ experience in Compliance management related to product safety(Food/Electrical) and in change management projects
Fluent in English
