As Back Office Team Leaderyou will be responsible for all tasks which have to be executed by you and your team in order to support the management of national & regional Wholesalers, the Field Sales Force (FSF) and Head of Sales (HoS). You will also be in charge of coordinating commercial activities between brand management, HoS and Wholesalers.
Key responsibilities
  • Management of  the Back Office Team: Supervise all team members by coaching and supporting them in order to ensure business continuity
  • Development of annual activity plan for every wholesalers and supervision and execution of annual joint business plans with them
  • Reporting and analysis of sales-based figures and analysis of pre/post evaluation of promotions
  • Coordination of marketing/sales activities: technical and graphical creation of monthly and short-termed special offers and campaigns, coordination of image advertisement, stock overview and communication of critical inventory
  • Induction and training of new employees on Methodology, Analysis, Tools, IT…
  • Participation in regional and national sales meetings
Education and experience
  • Bachelor or college of higher education degree
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role and ideally 1-2 years’ experience in sales
  • Analytic skills for reporting on excel and sales understanding for calculations & conditions
  • Very high organizational skills
  • Advanced usage of SAP and Windows Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluency in French, English and German
