To reinforce the«Customer Service»department ofour Operating Company Nestlé Suisse SA we are looking for a Customer Service Front Office Specialist Trainee. In this role you will manage the order capture process. From order request to delivery, you will be responsible to ensure accuracy, timeliness of execution, agreed levels of customer service and satisfaction by proposing innovative solutions and applying Nestlé best practices.

Key responsabilities
  • Enter and handle national and importation orders in accordance with our “general sales conditions”
  • Maximize service level delivered through close contacts with the Demand & Supply and Physical Logistic teams
  • Develop an excellent knowledge and understanding of our Customers to get visibility on ordering trends
  • Support customer events or promotional activities in conjunction with Generating demand
  • Contribute to the problem solving process in collaboration with the Customer complaint’s teams
  • Identify and follow up Key Performance Indicators and initiate corrective actions whenever necessary
Education and experience
  • Commercial apprenticeship with a successful experience in a Customer Service or Higher Education degree (HES)/Bachelor
  • First experience in a call centre or in a Sales environment is a strong asset
  • Fluency in German and French
  • Good level in Swiss German and/or Italian is a plus
  • Good command of MS Office tools
