As a Junior Consumer Engagement Specialistyour main mission is to monitor our social platforms and actively engage with consumers.  You will furthermore contribute to build up and maintain the social media expertise within the company and assists the brands in create meaningful social media strategies. You will collaborate with the Digital Engagement Manager, the Consumer Engagement Services Team and the digital champions in the different BU's across the organization and represent the face of our brands within the community.
Key responsibilities
  • Moderate social networks to deepen engagement with consumers, manage the risk of negative community reaction
  • Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding our brand, report to appropriate parties.
  • Act as an active listener and be aware of WOM towards brands and its competitors online
  • Stay on top of the social media sphere and monitor information distributed online
  • Coordinate with the brand teams, agency partners on the conversational plan (content calendar, adaptive content, brand board)
  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns. Suggestions for best engaging formats
  • Create program and partnership ideas with community websites, manage partners, evaluate & analyze tracking reports to optimize ongoing performance and makes any adjustment to deliver good results 
Education and experience
  • Excellent command of German and French and the ability to preferably business English communication skills
  • A first experience within community marketing would be asset
  • Strong interest in listening platforms, popular and professional social networks
