As Safety, Health & Environmental Sustainability (SHE) Trainee, you will join the Corporate Safety, Health and Environmental Sustainability department at Nestlé headquarters which provides global leadership in the SHE area. Your role will include support in the management and enhancement of Nestlé’s SHE reporting system SHE-PM and processes, data analysis, consolidation and reporting, and preparation of the Nestlé in Society Report.
Review and consolidate SHE annual indicators to support the elaboration of Nestlé in Society report.
Daily management of data quality in SHE-PM.
Interact daily with Markets/Businesses globally (e.g. Markets requests, follow-up of queries, changes in scope or data, collection of evidence).
Liaise with IS/IT department regarding SHE-PM technical issues.
Coordinate with different units the review and fine-tuning of Nestlé’s GHG emissions scope 3 assessment.
Review and analyze Nestlé’s factories 2020 environmental roadmaps.
Education and experience
- Master degree in the area of environmental or sustainability management.
- Outstanding analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge in reporting systems and Excel.
- High proficiency in handling large amounts of data and interpreting numbers.
- Fluent in written and spoken English absolutely required, other languages a plus.
