In this role, you will Lead and manage all commercialization aspects of new product development across CPW globally and will perform the majority of strategic development and executional tasks required to successfully launch a new product (including product/packaging development, business model optimization, region/market alignment, and content/asset creation).

Key responsibilities
  • Define the consumer need and business/brand strategy to align the team on a common goal
  • Make sure that functions and markets are aligned to deliver plans and projects
  • Lead the business model development to maximize the value creation and capture
  • Manage multiple project simultaneously across various stages of the development cycle
  • Assist in developing and executing launch materials, assets and plans to enable  a strong region/market support
  • Lead campaign development along with Marketing Manager (TVC Development, Digital and Social Media Plan, Global Community Management, Driver of experimentation, etc.)
  • Manage the implementation of budgets and priorities for the brands
  • Lead brand business analysis and performance tracking
Education and experience
  • University Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing (FMCG experience is an asset), ideally with experience in project management
  • Previous cross functional experience related to product development
  • Experience within Digital & Social media is a nice to have
  • Fluency in English (strong written and oral communication skills)
