To complete our Commercial B2Bdepartment we are currently looking for a Sales Support Specialist.Your main mission will be to manage all tasks linked to the national & regional Wholesalers, the Cash&Carry Channel and support FSF and Head of Sales by coordinating commercial activities between brand management, HoS and Wholesalers. You will also do administrative tasks to ensure efficient way of working for sales representatives.
Key responsibilities
  • Execute on a timely manner annual activity plan for each wholesaler and Prepare data for the annual Meetings with Wholesalers
  • Reporting of sales-based figures and Generate and pre/post evaluation of promotions
  • Main interface of claims regarding minor product quality and pricing differences
  • Technical and graphical creation of monthly and short-termed special offers and campaigns, coordination of image advertisement
  • Administrative organization of national sales conferences, coordination of participants and inputs
  • Product quality claim management and Stock overview and communication of critical inventory
  • Coordination of sustainable salvage goods utilization with special offers, donations, internal disposal, etc.
  • Member of power user network for Visicom's project development and maintenance
Education and experience
  • Commercial education or Bachelor degree
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role (back office in a sales team)
  • Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in sales
  • Analytic skills for reporting on excel
  • Administrative background with good knowledge of Windows Office, SAP
  • Sales understanding for calculations & conditions
  • Fluent in German and French, English a plus
