As a Product Quality After Sales Manager, your main activities will be to drive quality management and after sales activities to ensure the high level of quality of Nespresso coffee machines since market launch. You will also cover quality systems, continuous improvement and technical support to Nespresso markets for all after sales machines related activities.



Key responsibilities


  • Implement solid processes/set of documents to constantly improve coffee machines quality (can leverage other business units best practices). Continuously improve processes and standards.

  • Drive non-conformity management and verify action plan effectiveness through follow-up of consumer complaints.

  • Collect regular after sales statistics for all product categories (trend, paretos…) to ensure appropriate focus on product corrective actions and continuous improvement.

  • Collect market complaints for all product categories and ensure implementation of corrective/preventive actions is communicated back to markets.

  • Drive incident and crisis management for machines.

  • Track technical assessment in the markets (after sales centers network) and ensure best practices are shared and implemented through the technical & quality management community


Education and experience


  • Engineering degree, engineering (electrical or mechanical) background preferred

  • Quality or after sales management experience as well as continuous improvement

  • Audit management experience

  • Compliance management experience related to product safety (Food/Electrical)

  • Command of English: good business writing and speaking skills, ability to understand technical language within the job scope required

  • Min. 3 years experience in home appliances, automotive, medical devices manufacturing or similar industries
