Supply Chain Coordinator

Are you ready to join a multinational team in a challenging role? As a Supply Chain Coordinator you ensure that finished goods are available and that they meet Customer demand at the right stock location and with high freshness, whilst minimizing cost. You are also involved in GLOBE Solution design, sustain and implementation activities. You work on complex solutions to liaise with stakeholders and developers to ensure solution are built, tested, deployed and supported to meet the business needs.

Demand Planning:18 month rolling forecast for B2C category.
Perform monthly business planning meetings for B2C
Coordinate with other departments the launch of new articles, services, mailings etc.
Ensure accurate stock level of above mentioned categories on distribution centres, as well as early and appropriate action on over or out-of-stock situation .
Stock Management: Ensure data management, inventory reporting and scrapping budget management.
Coordinate with external logistic partners the launch of new articles, co-packing, mailings, etc.
Perform monthly operational review and participate on optimization projects
Globe /SAP Implementation: Representing the Demand and Supply Chain team of Swiss market
Responsible for the implementation of defined tasks and activities developed by the project
Support actively the change management by proper communication, well planned and executed training.
Education and experience
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain or equivalent
At least an operational experience in one of the following areas: Supply Chain, Demand & Supply Planning, Project Management involving multiple stakeholders
Detailed knowhow on MS-Office & SAP
Proficiency in French and English; German is a strong asset
