Our International mobility function embarks in a transformation project to achieve best in class support to the business.
In this context we recruit International Mobility Specialists and Senior Specialists to join our teams. The role of the International Mobility Specialist is to ensure best in class service by managing end-to-end international mobility while respecting company policies. International Mobility Specialists bring value through their expertise across a large spectrum of mobility related topics: Taxes, Social security, Package, Immigration, and Application of international mobility policies.
Develop compensation package proposals for employees transferred to Switzerland. Provide comprehensive information to the future assignee on conditions and on international mobility company policies.
Coordinate the transfer in a timely manner with external providers & internal stakeholders.
Act as a partner to the business and build effective relationships with the clients (markets, businesses).
Manage International mobility services for a given perimeter and develop close cooperation with internal stakeholders to improve the service (Quality, Cost and Delivery).
Ensure processes are followed flawlessly, policies are applied and all transfer data is accurate.
Develop, maintain and share expertise on international mobility with internal stakeholders (HRBP, C&B...).
Drives assignee's life cycle (change of conditions, extension, localization, resignations, dismissal, etc.).
Participates or leads project (process improvement, information system development…) & give inputs to policy improvement.
Education and experience
- Experience in international mobility (3-4 years)
- Experience in Swiss social security/ payroll and immigration matters
- Master degree in Economics, HR or Psychology, Engineering, ideally with specialization in HRM.
- Experience interfacing in a professional manner with top level executives. Experience in client relationship in a multicultural environment.
- Strong organization, skills required to manage several transfers simultaneously.
