CPW (Cereal Partners Worldwide, a 50/50 Joint Venture between Nestlé and General Mills) is currently looking for an Associate Category & Marketing Manager.
This role directly reports to the CBM of Austria & Switzerland, who will operate from Austria. Sales for CPW Switzerland will be taken over by Nestlé Suisse.
The role will be divided in 2 Activities:
Local business coordination as well as category & channel sales development
(“Business coordination & CCSD role”)
- Complementing local MKT department
Key responsibilities - “Business coordination& CCSD role”:
Serve as 1st point of contact to the CBM on all CH Business planning & performance matters as well as category, competition and Market-share performance updates and insights
Integrate & coordinate for CPW Switzerland – in close cooperation with Key AccountManagement - the tasks of planning, monitoring and management of Revenues and Spend per customer in order to achieve total category targets. Lead both the Commercial Planning as well as the Sales Review
Act as the Breakfast Cereals category expert & champion, Design of POS composition, promotional strategy & evaluation and compose trade selling stories (for e.g. annual business plan and New Product launches)
Key responsibilities - “Marketing role”:
Manage social media activities on all brands (content planning and execution) and become local expert/coordinator on digital marketing
Manage packaging changes (including on-pack promotions) as well as NPD' launches
Develop and manage all marketing activities launched via trade partners (print ads, coupons & POS, sampling)
Education and experience
3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing, sales or CCSD
Experience working in cross functional teams
Previous cross functional team experience
Mother tongue German and fluent in French, excellent level of writing in English
