Are you ready to join a multinational team? We are looking for a Services Quality Improvement Junior Specialistto complete our Group Reporting Support Team within Nestlé Corporate Services Quality Improvement.


In this position, you will help the transition of Global Service Delivery Management (GSDM) Application Development Team to a more Customer centric, service oriented organization by managing an improvement Plan and supporting the team’s transformation. You will support the team with Knowledge Management and ensure adherence to Application Development Services (ADS) Document Strategy. Furthermore, you will support ADS communication by ensuring ADS Team site is relevant, collecting information for newsletter and contribute to its elaboration. Key responsibilities


·        Manage all the improvement initiatives valued by Application Development Services Customers

·        Support the definition and implementation of processes associated to the Improvement Plan : Lifecycle of Improvement Initiatives, governance of the Improvement Plan, tracking of the progress of Improvement Initiatives, reporting, ensuring quality of deliverables

·        Finalize existing tools/create new tools associated to the management of the Improvement Plan

·        Be involved in some Improvement Initiatives and contribute to their success

·        Support Application Development Services communication

·        Monitor teams adherence to quality requirements and Company Standards


Education and experience


  • At least a Bachelor Degree in IS/IT or equivalent

  • First experience in Quality Management  / Continuous Improvement Department

  • Exposure to Compliance, Risk Management and Change Management would be a strong asset

  • Fluency in English, any other language would be a plus
